What We Collect

We collect the following personal data:

  • Your name and email address, used to identify your account and deliver the Service
  • Session recordings and transcripts, stored to provide playback and history features
  • We use AI models to generate scores and metrics from each session
  • Usage data such as session count, streak and EXP, used to power the progression system
  • Payment information processed securely by Dodo Payments. We do not store card details

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Deliver and personalise the Service
  • Generate your daily prompts based on your level and goals
  • Power your score history, streak and global ranking
  • Process and manage your subscription
  • Communicate important updates related to your account

What We Do Not Do

  • We do not use your recordings to train AI models
  • We do not sell your data to third parties
  • We do not share your data for advertising purposes
  • We do not share your recordings with anyone outside of what is required to deliver the Service

Third Party Services

To deliver the Service, your data passes through the following infrastructure:

  • Dodo Payments, which processes your subscription payments. They handle payment data only
  • AI infrastructure used to transcribe and score your sessions. Audio and transcripts are processed to generate your report and are not retained by the provider beyond what is required for inference
  • Cloud storage used to retain your recordings for playback within the app

Data Retention

Your recordings are retained for as long as your account is active to support playback and history. You may request deletion at any time. Account data is retained until your account is closed or you request deletion.

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@speaksolidly.com.

Minors

The Service is not intended for individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
