By using Solidly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Solidly is a web-based daily speaking coach. You record yourself speaking in response to an AI-generated prompt, receive a score and feedback, and build a streak over time. The Service is a self-improvement tool and is not a substitute for professional coaching or communication training.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Your subscription is tied to the account used at the time of purchase. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent plan limits
• Reverse engineer or probe the Service infrastructure
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others

5. Subscription and Billing

Solidly is offered on a weekly subscription basis with a 3-day free trial.

• You will not be charged during the 3-day free trial
• After the trial, your subscription renews at $1.99 per week until cancelled
• All payments are processed by Dodo Payments. We do not store your payment card details
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

6. Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, available at speaksolidly.com/refunds.

7. Recordings and Data

Your session recordings and transcripts are stored to provide you with playback and history features. We do not use your recordings to train AI models or share them with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Disclaimers

Solidly is provided as is without warranties of any kind. AI scoring is a tool to guide improvement and is not a definitive assessment of your speaking ability. Results vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. For paid plans, refer to our Refund Policy for applicable refunds.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
